Join Berkeley’s cosplayers for a fun and welcoming event! Show off your cosplaying skills or just enjoy watching the amazing talent at Anime Destiny. Prizes will be awarded to the top three cosplays, as determined by our judging panel. The prizes are as follows:
- 1st Place: Anime Destiny lifetime pass + AD Merchandise + Stickers
- 2nd Place: AD Merchandise + Stickers
- 3rd Place: AD Merchandise
Depending on attendance, separate first place prizing may be awarded to both the best store-bought and the best handmade costumes. The full rules may be read on the sign-up form.

Hey, I’m aeson_coser, and I’m super excited to be a cosplay competition judge at Anime Destiny this year! I’ve been cosplaying for seven years, but it’s really been the past couple of years where I have definitely improved. Right now, I’m working on cosplays for Nana, Karlach, and Pomni. I’m also a huge fan of Final Fantasy, Arcane, and Digital Circus! I’m really looking forward to seeing what everyone brings to the stage!

Hi, I'm Daniel! I'm currently the Vice-President/Treasurer for CAA. Last year, I was an Anime Destiny planner and I co-hosted the 2023 cosplay contest. I cosplay casually whenever I get the chance and I love attending conventions to meet new people! I look forward to AD 2024!
